Service Cloud includes a call center-like case tracking feature and a social networking plug-in for conversation and analytics.
Marketing Cloud offers Radian6, a social media monitoring and marketing application.
Force.com, the company’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) product, allows software engineers or developers to design and create Salesforce.com add-on applications.
Data.com, previously known as Jigsaw, is a cloud-based automated system for managing and acquiring CRM records within an individual’s Salesforce.com account.
Chatter is a Salesforce.com collaboration application that helps you connect with people and share business information securely and in real time.
Work.com offers Rypple, a social human resource (HR) performance management platform.
Site.com (formerly Siteforce) lets you deliver web sites at the speed of social. Create once, publish anywhere — your own web sites, social channels like Facebook, Google+, where ever your brand lives.
In addition to its Platforms and Products, Salesforce.com has created AppExchange, a custom application for building and sharing platform.
